Warranty-policy

Overview

Laserabc stands behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage, warranty period, service conditions, exclusions, and claim process for Laserabc products purchased from the official Laserabc website or authorized Laserabc sales channels.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Laserabc website or authorized Laserabc channels. It should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
This commercial warranty is provided voluntarily and is in addition to — and does not replace, shorten, or otherwise affect — any mandatory legal guarantee or statutory rights you have under the laws of your country or region (see Section 14).

 Warranty Period

  Laserabc provides a limited commercial warranty for eligible products from the date of delivery.

  Main Device

  The Laserabc main device is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  Accessories

  Standard accessories included in the original package (such as the power plug, power cord AC, projector safety key, and stand with ball-joint rod and base) are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Consumable Parts

Consumable parts, cosmetic parts, packaging materials, and items subject to normal wear and tear may not be covered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The specific commercial warranty period may vary by product model, sales region, or promotion. These commercial periods do not limit your statutory legal guarantee. For example, consumers in the EU benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years, free of charge, regardless of this commercial warranty; some countries provide longer periods. Where the statutory period is longer than the commercial warranty above, your statutory rights continue to apply (see Section 14).

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, Laserabc may provide warranty service if the product has a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty service may include one or more of the following:
  • Remote troubleshooting;
  • Software or firmware guidance;
  • Replacement parts;
  • Repair service;
  • Product replacement;
  • Other reasonable solutions determined by Laserabc.
Laserabc will determine the appropriate solution after reviewing the issue and confirming eligibility, taking into account any remedy you are entitled to by law.

What Is Covered

This warranty may cover:
  • Hardware defects caused by materials or manufacturing;
  • Device failure under normal use conditions;
  • Functional issues not caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification;
  • Accessories that fail under normal use within the accessory warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

Subject to your statutory rights (Section 14), this commercial warranty does not cover damage, failure, or loss caused by:
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation;
  • Failure to follow the user manual, safety instructions, or laser safety guidelines;
  • Unauthorized repair, disassembly, modification, or alteration;
  • Damage caused by the use of unauthorized accessories, power adapters, cables, or third-party parts (use of third-party parts does not by itself void this warranty — only damage shown to result from them is excluded);
  • Accidental damage, drops, impact, liquid exposure, fire, or abnormal external force;
  • Incorrect voltage, unstable power supply, or improper charging;
  • Extreme temperature, humidity, dust, corrosion, or improper storage;
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, dents, discoloration, or aging;
  • Consumables, packaging, gifts, or promotional items;
  • Lost or stolen products;
  • Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or labels;
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand platforms;
  • Violation of local laser safety laws or improper use in restricted environments;
  • Third-party software, apps, or devices not provided by Laserabc.
This commercial warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except as set out in Section 12 and to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law.

Laser Safety and Compliance Notice

Laserabc products may be subject to laser safety regulations, import rules, and usage restrictions in certain countries or regions, which often vary by laser class and output power (for example, products in the United States are regulated by the U.S. FDA under 21 CFR Part 1040).
You are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding the ownership, import, installation, and use of laser devices. Warranty service may be denied where the product issue is caused solely by unsafe use, illegal use, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow laser safety instructions. In regions where a laser-product compliance review is required, Laserabc may request additional information before providing service. This does not affect your rights in respect of a product that is genuinely defective or not as described.

Proof of Purchase

To request warranty service, please provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, invoice, email confirmation, or the product serial number, together with photos or videos showing the issue. We may decline a request if valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.
Where applicable law presumes that a defect existed at the time of delivery for a certain period, we — not you — bear the burden of proof during that period, and you are not required to prove that the defect existed at delivery.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty service, please contact Laserabc Support before sending any product back, and include:
  • Your order number;
  • The email address used for the order;
  • The product model;
  • The product Bluetooth Device name;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Photos or videos showing the issue;
  • Any troubleshooting steps already taken.
After receiving your request, Laserabc Support may ask you to perform troubleshooting steps before approving repair, replacement, or return for inspection. Please do not send the product back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be delayed or rejected.

Repair and Replacement

If the issue is confirmed to be covered, Laserabc may repair the product, provide replacement parts, or replace the product. Replacement products or parts may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent, depending on availability and applicable law.
A repaired or replaced product or part is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or for any longer period required by applicable law.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Service

Where an issue is covered by this warranty, or where you are exercising a statutory remedy such as repair or replacement, the service is provided free of charge, including reasonable shipping, labor, and parts, to the extent required by applicable law. We will provide return instructions before you send anything back.
If, after inspection, the issue is found not to be covered (for example, the damage falls under Section 5), you may be responsible for shipping fees, repair or inspection costs, customs duties, taxes, and other related charges. We will tell you about any such costs before proceeding (see Section 11).

Out-of-Warranty Service

If a product is outside the warranty period and outside any applicable statutory period, or the issue is not covered, Laserabc may still offer paid repair or replacement where available. You will be responsible for related costs, including parts, labor, shipping, taxes, and any service fees. Laserabc will provide an estimated cost for your approval before proceeding.

Warranty Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laserabc's obligation under this commercial warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or another solution determined by Laserabc, and Laserabc is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income, loss of data, or business interruption.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for defective products under applicable product liability law, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This is particularly relevant for laser products, which can cause injury if misused; please follow all safety instructions.
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region (see Section 14).

Relationship with Return & Refund Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to product defects and service requests during the warranty period. If you wish to return or refund a product within the eligible return period, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. This warranty does not replace or extend the return period, except where required by applicable law.

Your Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees you have under the laws of your country or region that cannot be excluded by agreement. Depending on where you live, these may include a legal guarantee of conformity (for example, at least two years in the EU), a cooling-off / withdrawal period, the right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods. This commercial warranty is additional to those rights and does not affect them. Where this policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
